These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DreamTale mobile application (“DreamTale,” “the app”). Please read them carefully. By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
DreamTale is operated by Ramzy Jubrail Judeh Khalilieh, trading as DreamTale Studio, based in Bethlehem, Palestine (“we,” “us,” “DreamTale Studio”).
DreamTale is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized bedtime stories, illustrations, and audio narration for children. Stories are generated on demand based on prompts and child profile details that you provide inside the app.
DreamTale is intended to be used by adults (parents, guardians, or caregivers) who create bedtime stories for children. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have reached the age of majority in your country of residence.
Children may enjoy reading or listening to stories generated by the app, but the app is not intended to be operated directly by children without adult supervision. Account holders and subscribers must be adults.
DreamTale offers both free and paid features:
The specific limits, prices, and features of each tier may change. Current pricing is displayed in the app before you subscribe.
Premium subscriptions are sold and processed by Google Play Billing. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Google Play’s terms of service.
Prices may change over time. If prices change, Google Play will notify you in accordance with its policies, and you will have the opportunity to accept the new price or cancel.

Stories, illustrations, and narration produced by DreamTale are generated by artificial intelligence. AI output is not reviewed by a human before it appears in your app. As a result:
You are responsible for how you use the content you generate with DreamTale.
You retain the right to use the stories and illustrations you generate with DreamTale for your personal, non-commercial family use (for example, reading them to your children, sharing them privately with family, printing them at home).
You may not resell, republish, or commercially distribute content generated by DreamTale without our written permission. AI-generated content may also be subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers (OpenAI, SiliconFlow, Google), and we make no guarantees about the copyright status of AI output.
The DreamTale app, its name, logo, design, code, and all associated materials are owned by DreamTale Studio and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without written permission.
DreamTale uses third-party services (OpenAI, SiliconFlow, Google Cloud, Google Play Billing, RevenueCat) to deliver its features. Your use of the app is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers where applicable. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.
We work to keep DreamTale available and functioning, but we do not guarantee that the app or its backend servers will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions, or bugs. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.
DreamTale is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DreamTale Studio and Ramzy Jubrail Judeh Khalilieh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of DreamTale, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In any case, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or ten US dollars (USD $10), whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of DreamTale after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Palestine, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. If you are a consumer located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that grants you mandatory consumer protection rights, nothing in these Terms limits those rights, and you retain the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
